- All returned items must be in re-sellable conditions, all returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
- We have a 7 day return policy from the shipping date
- We are unable to accept any returns if any of the contents or packaging appears damaged or missing in anyway
- Check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order
- Items which are not normally stocked ( special orders, discontinued, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable
- If items are damaged in shipping, delivery service and Audioworks must be notified immediately
